All service providers must read the Hunter Homeless Connect Inc. Code of Conduct before completing the registration form. Please download a copy before proceeding with your application.

Please advise name of primary staff member attending the event.
Please advise name of other staff member attending with primary staff member.
For insurance purposes, we require all service providers to have a current certificate. Please provide this to info@hunterhomelessconnect.org.au as soon as possible.
Please advise overall number of staff attending the event.
Please advise number of tables (1.8m long) and chairs required.
To avoid traffic congestion on the day of the event, we would prefer services to utilise our set-up day on the Tuesday, to drop off anything that requires a vehicle to deliver it.
Please let us know what you might need help with on the day and we will do our best to ensure that we have dedicated volunteers to assist.
