Annual General Meeting 2025

All members of Hunter Homeless Connect Inc. are advised that our Annual General Meeting will take place as follows:

• DATE: Wednesday 12th December 2025 at 
• TIME: 6.00pm
• LOCATION: Wesley Mission – 15 Denison Street, Newcastle West.

All committee positions will be declared vacant and open for election.

At the meeting, members will have the opportunity to:

• Find out about Hunter Homeless Connect operations and finances.
• Ask questions about the operations and finances of Hunter Homeless Connect.
• Speak about any items on the agenda.
• Vote on any resolutions proposed.

At the meeting, members will be asked to vote to:

• Accept the minutes of the last annual general meeting.
• Accept the Chairperson’s report.
• Accept the Auditor’s report.
• Accept the Annual Financial Statements.
• Appoint auditor.
• Elect directors, including office bearers (Chairperson, Deputy Chairperson, Treasurer & Secretary) .
