The Matthew Talbot Homeless Service provides support to homeless men and men with children across the Newcastle and Lake Macquarie Local Government Areas. They do this through undertaking assertive outreach which includes visiting parks, streets, services and homes. They also liaise with local Councils, rangers, libraries, Police and other community stakeholders.
Path 2 Change is a non-for-profit organisation that provides assistance to young people in the Newcastle and Hunter region. Path 2 Change provides secular, client-centred, and strength-based case management to young people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, in the Newcastle and Hunter region.
